HCA Mission
The Harvard Club of Argentina, founded in 1972, brings together alumni from Harvard College and all Harvard Graduate Schools. For over 50 years, the Club has served as a platform for staying connected with Harvard and fellow alumni.
The Harvard Club of Argentina unites a diverse group of alumni for socializing, networking, and lifelong learning. Our specific mission is to: 1. Offer a meeting place for Harvard graduates to maintain and enrich personal and professional relationships. 2. Serve as a contact point between the Harvard community in Argentina and the University. 3. Enable initiatives that contribute to our society.
Our networking activities focus on creating opportunities for debate and discussion of current issues. Monthly lunches with speakers from various fields allow alumni to share common interests, while government breakfasts feature public sector speakers.
A cornerstone of our Club’s mission has always been to promote education. We do so through a variety of programs and initiatives, including Harvard At Your Reach (Harvard A Tu Alcance), whereby we inform prospective applicants about the admissions and financing processes, and our Honor Loan program which provides financial assistance to admitted graduate students.
We also offer pro-bono support to NGOs, host meetings with entrepreneurs, and organise visits to art galleries and ateliers.
On behalf of the Club, a warm welcome to all graduates in Argentina. We invite you to join and participate in our activities!
